headquarters

With our machines, we aim to transform every work environment into the perfect stage where those who choose us can showcase their talent, creating small, medium, and large daily masterpieces.

The exercise of talent,
the work ethic,
the respect for the planet

On these three pillars, we have built and continue to renew our company’s identity every day.

We believe in the talent of each individual collaborator and are aware that every success of ours stems from recognizing human value before professional value. But we also know that talent is never sufficient on its own. It must be exercised through the work ethic and that uncompromising drive that leads to the quality of materials, the high technological content of components, and the control of production and assembly processes.

Respect for the planet is not just the global context in which we operate: it defines our way of understanding work and growing as agents of change. We start with clear and sustainable industrial choices to go beyond. Caring for the nearest and farthest territories involves functional design, construction robustness, and the durability of our machines, without neglecting high safety standards and accessibility from an economic and financial perspective.

Our commitment
is certified.

We obtained ISO 9001 certification with RINA for the first time in 1999, and over the years, we have extended quality management according to all the updates required by the regulations. It is a seal on the promise of excellence that we guarantee to our customers worldwide.

Over 60 years of history

Messersì was founded in 1957 in Senigallia (AN) as a mechanical workshop by the two brothers Italo and Fabio Messersì: if you’re curious to know more, take a few minutes to discover the most significant milestones of our journey.

Production of small equipment and construction machines. Start of exports to North Africa (Libya and Egypt). Presence at major industry fairs in Italy (Bari, Milan, Bologna). During this period, employees increased from 3 to 50.

Expansion of the product range and transformation from a family business to a joint-stock company. Construction of the new plant and start of production in the new facilities in Casine di Ostra. Registration of the company trademark. Start of production of wheeled dumpers, with 2 and 4-wheel drive, with manual or hydraulic unloading system. Expansion of the range of concrete mixers, drum mixers, and blenders. Start of production of scaffolding in two lines: pin prefabricated scaffolding and socket prefabricated scaffolding. Production of tube and joint scaffolding. During this period, employees increased from 50 to 80.

Start of production of galvanized steel planks and related accessories for scaffolding. New investments in fully automated plants for the production of planks and scaffolding. New line and new models of wheeled dumpers. New patented model of self-loading concrete mixer. Award for a government supply to a Middle Eastern country of 1000 wheeled dumpers, produced and delivered in just six months.

First company in Europe to design and produce hydrostatic dumpers. New line of hydrostatic dumpers with central articulation. From these machines, a line of dumper-mixers with self-loading shovel with a capacity of 1 cubic meter was derived. Introduction of new accessories and equipment for concrete mixers, such as the electronic scale for cement and aggregates. Production of a line of compact backhoes with hydrostatic transmission, with ROPS-FOPS operator protection, capable of working off-road. Start of production of the first models of mini excavators (16/18 q). Obtaining ISO 9001 Quality Certification (continuously renewed to this day). During this period, employees increased from 90 to 120.

Construction of the new plant for scaffolding production, next to the previous one, so that the latter is entirely dedicated to machine production. The production area increases to 70,000 sqm, of which over 30,000 sqm are covered. During this period, the workforce reaches up to 160 units. Introduction of new models of mini excavators (aesthetics, engines, and other innovative technical solutions). Introduction of the first zero tail swing excavator. Introduction of the first wheeled mini excavator equipped with a long and articulated digging arm (M-60W).
Introduction of new lines and models of tracked mini dumpers with onboard operator. Introduction of numerous equipment and accessories to make all machines versatile. Introduction of the new line of skid steer loaders on wheels and tracks. Innovation on tracked mini dumpers with new patented transmission and cooling systems. Introduction of a new complete range of zero tail swing mini excavators: M-13, M-16U, M.28U, M-38U, M-55U, and M-60U. Expansion of the range of tracked mini dumpers with the introduction of the TCH-2500 model with a capacity of up to 2.5 tons and onboard operator.

Introduction of the new range of forestry loaders: CF-80 W4 on wheels and CF-80 TK on tracks. These machines are multifunctional by changing the equipment. Introduction of the innovative model of a tracked mini tractor to facilitate manual work in vineyards: TR-10V Rossetto. Introduction of the new machine for washing panels in photovoltaic fields: Roboklin 25.

  • Development of the ZERO EMISSION line with the introduction of electric-powered transporters, mini excavators, and mini loaders.
  • Introduction of the HEAVY LINE with the entry of tracked dumpers TC 350d and TC 550d
  • Development of the Skid Loader range SL 25 – SL 35 – SL 45 and CTL 45

WindeX Investment Club, a holding company founded by Rolando Benedick and Domenico Sibilio with the aim of investing in the capital of excellent Italian SMEs to support the growth, managerialization, and internationalization process, has formalized the acquisition of Messersi Spa, a European leader in the design and production of tracked dumpers, a niche in the light/compact construction equipment sector, founded in 1957 by the Messersì Brothers and held since 2005 by Finsei Partecipazioni, Marche Capital, and Valerio Fedeli.
The operation aims to further support Messersi’s growth path through investments aimed at financing the optimization of production processes and increasing installed capacity, as well as supporting its commercial development in some particularly strategic foreign markets such as the United States and expanding the product portfolio.
The composition of the new Board of Directors sees Domenico Sibilio as President and Marco Vignaroli as CEO.
The latter, already a member of the strategic committee of Beretta Holding and with long managerial experience in Italcementi and Benelli, also participated in the operation by co-investing with WindeX.
